Recette Orange Scented Hot Chocolate
Verre conseille : Coffee mug.
Ingredients
- Milk 2 tasses
- Chocolate 12 cl chopped bittersweet or semi-sweet
- Zeste d'orange 3 2-inch strips
- Espresso 1/2 c. a cafe instant
- Nutmeg 1/8 c. a cafe ground
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in heavy medium saucepan. Remuez over low heat until chocolate melts. Increase heat et bring just to a boil, stirring often. Remove from heat et whisk untily frothy. Return to heat et bring to boil again. Remove from heat, whisk until frothy. Repeat heating et whisking once again. Discard orange peel. (Can be prepared 2 hours ahead. Let stand at room temperature. Before serving, bring just to boil, remove from heat et whisk until frothy.) Pour hot chocolate into coffee mugs. Makes 2 servings.
